I feel if we are already paying for the program, having to watch ads for youtube for each of the explanation video is not a good experience. Also I was expecting a excel sheet like my boyfriend has, he uses other Jef program which does have a excel sheet

Feels like this shedule is a bit out dates, would love something more like the new shedules like the pure bodybuilding ones

Not for intermediate and advanced lifters
Giving it 2 stars because I guess that for novices it could be useful, but I was quite frustrated when I browsed the book as it's not for intermediate or advanced lifters. Wasted money.
