GREAT - even for a start

From this program it is clear that Jeff knows what he is doing... I am back in fitness, after a lot of years without training ("toho many work, no time,.." etc). My health made it necessitt again - i have spine operation, and proper careful training with proper technique is what I simply MUST do if want to continue normal living. Jeff videos were a great starter which put me mentally "back on the horse".
After a half year of training I chose Squat training program, and couldt do better!! I feel much stronger and healthier. Recommend to everyone - even for a start. If you are carefull enough and dont do ego lift, you can dramatically elevate your physique.
I am only on 1.25*my bodyweight on squat. For someone its nothing, but for me, after (along!) my health issues which are permanent, IT is a great achievment. And bet your a** that im not done yet ;) Thanks Jeff

Great challenging exercises

Challenging exercises with variations. Started 2 weeks ago twice/week actually interrupted for a few days.

20% increase back squat

I started weak, had a squat of only 185. In half way through the program and just repped 195 x 8 with a pr from a few weeks back of 225. Confident I can shatter that. Great program would recommend and have recommended to others.
