I'm definitely an intermediate/advanced lifter, and I bought this program to see if it held some secret advice I didn't know about. For $30, I got a program that one could find through a quick Google search for free. I scanned over the program once and haven't looked at it again. Definitely only for extreme newbies to the gym.

Amazing value
Incredible value for money - the detail, structure, program, and explanations are all incredibly well thought out and easy to follow. I personally have issues with glute activation and am recovering from an injury, I’m adapting some of the exercises to fit what I can manage. I will say for anyone who doesn’t have these issues I’m sure you will see changes pretty quickly.

This is the 2nd program I’ve run of his. He gives you EVERYTHING ( examples , specific details and , alternative exercises , and explanations ) all you have to do is follow it and the results come. Little over a month into this specific program and I can truly see the change.
