Hypertrophy and Strength Increase

Jeff, you’re the man! I’ve noticed a huge increase in strength as well as hypertrophy since starting your program. Weight that I used to only hit for 4-6 reps I’m hitting easily for 8-12 now

Good but was expecting more based on other programs

Program is good but was expecting more based on other programs. For one, no excel sheet to fill in the loads. I could be mistaken, but there doesn't seem to be an overall theme to the program, as in: the sets, RPE, vary widely from one day to the next and from week to week. I was hoping for a program akin to the Push, Pull, Legs Complete Guide that I purchased previously. Still a fan, and will continue to purchase programs as the need comes up. Keep up the good work!

Great Program

I'm an ectomorph male and in 38 years old, and it's very difficult for me to put on some size. I always looked skinny, especially around my arms. With this program, I was able to add ~4cm to size of arm. I'm going to run shoulder and chest program too, and come back and do this one more time.
