Progress!

This was the progress, tips and plan I was looking for. I’m 4 weeks into the program and my form has improved and I can already tell I’m making a leap in strength. I can’t wait to complete 12 weeks and see where my max is after one time through the program. Very happy with this book.

Is difficult to understand

I love a jeff but I need an app that could help me build my program and give me a GIF with the exercises to remember whats the exercises like,

Excellent program, could've done with an excel spreadsheet

I've only been at it for 4 weeks, but I enjoy the program so far. The exercises really hammer the target muscles and I feel like I am already making gains (although it is of course too early to tell). The only thing I am really missing is an excel spreadsheet to track progress and do the calculations for me. I really liked that part of the powerbuilding programs.

8 week Bench press program

I’m doing the bench press program and it’s awesome so far. I just finished week 3 and I’m already noticing strength gains in my compound lifts, especially bench press. I really appreciate that Jeff puts so much detail into his programming.
