Calculate Your One Rep Max
Enter the weight you used in a recent max effort set for 2-6 reps. Also enter the exact number of reps you got.
If the set wasn't quite to failure, add 1 or 2 extra reps, depending on how many you think you left in the tank. For example, if you got 3 reps, but think you had 1 more rep in the tank, enter 4 reps into the calculator.
Note that your 1RM result is an estimate and can vary slightly depending on the exercise. Also, the higher the reps you input, the less accurate the calculation will be. Rep counts greater than 6-8 won’t provide very accurate 1 rep max estimates. So make sure you input a max effort (or near max effort) set in the 2-6 rep range.
