This book is the new bodybuilding bible!
I wanted The Muscle Ladder to be textbook quality with full color images, glossy pages, diagrams, a full index, etc. It also comes with 20 complete training programs. I usually charge about $40-50 for just one program on my website. With the book you get 20. It’s honestly as cheap as we could make it for the quality it is and the value it has. If the price is still too high, there is an ebook version available, which is much cheaper. There will also be an audiobook version in the future, which will also be cheaper.

Good for Beginners and Experianced Lifters
The gym space has always been crowded. Not just on January first, but Books, Magazines, Suplements, and now content. I found Jeff after following T&F on Instagram. I'm glad I did.I've read Arnold's Encyclopedia, and Mentzers Heavy Duty. I've been lifting for 15+ years. I've been through times when the platue seems to never end. This is because outdated programs had limited information. This book outlines how to move past this. Understand what's happening, and how the body actually works. Not just some bro science from the big guy in the gym. If you take your health seriously, and you don't want to waste your money on a gym membership.

This book is the new bodybuilding bible!
Had to stop reading because this book keeps surprising me. I’ve been weightlifting for over 12 years, so not exactly a rookie, but so far every chapter tells me something new. Also Jeff sprinkles his personal experience which adds a special and relatable touch. In less than 50 pages I already learned more than 2 years of professional personal training.
ps: Kinda weird that I read the book with Jeffs voice in my head tho. 😂

Quality of images and tables
After spending four years studying Kinesiology and another eight years in medicine and dentistry, I must say that the quality of this book’s content is truly outstanding. I’ve just begun reading it and already find myself discovering new insights. I can easily see this becoming a highly recommended textbook in many PHE and KIN programs. Looking forward to see how this will influence my MacroFactor prep!

Absolutely! The information within this book is for anyone interested in lifting.
Yes! I wrote this book with all experience levels in mind. While there are certainly parts of this book that will be very familiar to experienced lifters, I’m also very confident that you will find many new tips and strategies to incorporate into your workouts.
Yes! This book is a perfect starting place for new lifters and covers all of the fundamental principles of lifting.
While this book does include hundreds of scientific references, you will not be bombarded with scientific jargon or dull writing. I wrote this book to be as approachable as possible, while still being an all-in-one resource for lifters of all experience levels.
Yes! Both Amazon and Barnes & Noble have ebook versions available.
